Maintenance Programs

Legacy Mechanical Solutions offers a Preventative Maintenance Program that keeps your HVAC System running at optimal performance year-round. We schedule and perform a 15-Point Air Conditioning Tune-Up before peak energy usage in the summer, and our 24-Point Heating Tune-Up before peak energy use in the winter.  

Preventative Maintenace Program Also Includes:

  • Priority Service:  We guarantee same day service for all Preventative Maintenance Program members who call for repair service before noon.  

  • 10% Discount on Repair Parts:  You'll automatically receive a 10% discount, up to $50 off, on repair parts.

  • 15% Discount on Tune-Ups:  If you purchase the tune-ups separately, they will cost $278 for one unit.
